Shipments are made within 48 hours (or the next business day) after payment is confirmed. High-value orders may require additional confirmation via contact with the customer.

Order Status:
- Waiting for Confirmation: We are awaiting your payment for the order.
- In Process: Your payment has been received.
- Completed/Shipped: Your order has been sent. Tracking codes will also be provided.
- Failed: There is an issue with your order, such as missing data or a supplier being out of stock.
Important Information:
- Orders are shipped in a padded envelope without any store or product description, ensuring total privacy.
- Your order may be delivered in multiple packages if items are sourced from independent suppliers. Tracking codes for each package will be available in your customer area.
- If your order is seized by Customs or lost by the carrier, and this is confirmed, we will refund 50% of the total order value to the IBAN and account holder of your choice.
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the carrier, we will resend it to the updated details you provide, though additional shipping costs may apply.
- If any items arrive defective, damaged, or tampered with, simply contact us, and we will resend the products at no additional cost to you.
- In the rare event of a product being out of stock from a supplier, we will send the same substance from another brand and supplier, ensuring equal or superior quality at no additional cost.
- In your customer area, you have access to all information about your orders, including current status, tracking codes, additional details, and more.

- We operate as a dropshipping store. We are not a physical store or an online retailer of illegal or prescription-only products in your country. We do not manage product inventory; any product marked as “Out of Stock” or noted as such in our terms and conditions indicates the product is unavailable from the supplier.
